Together, Hand in Hand, we are asking for your help.

Starting in 2023, Hand in Hand Ballarat started with three local Ballarat businesses (PilatesFit Plus, Tennis Ballarat and Playground Gym) coming together - Hand in Hand - to raise much-needed funds to improve the lives of our kids, families, and regional communities. In partnership with The Sebastian Foundation, these funds will assist in the roll-out of the 'Open Parachute' program in local Ballarat schools.

The mental health of our kids has never been so important!

We know how critical it is to empower our kids with skills, resources and education to help them navigate difficult times.

This program provides proactive resources for our kids and helps set them up with tools to assist their mental health for life. The peer-led initiative, built from Macquarie University research, aims to reduce mental health stigma and provide practical support for our kids. It costs only $25 per year to put one child through the Open Parachute Program....... only $25!
